Follow these expert care tips to keep your topper looking its best:
Brush Your Topper Gently
Use a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle brush to detangle your topper. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots to prevent breakage. Avoid pulling on the base to maintain its structure. For regular wear, detangle your topper daily to keep it smooth and manageable.
Wash with Care
Wash your topper after 6-8 wears or as needed. Use a gentle, sulfate-free, and alcohol-free shampoo and conditioner to preserve the hair’s quality. Follow these steps for proper washing:
- Comb the topper to remove tangles before washing.
- Wet the hair gently in a downward motion using lukewarm water.
- Apply shampoo and massage through the lengths, avoiding the base.
- Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends.
- Rinse again, then gently squeeze out excess water using a towel.
- Let it air-dry on a wig stand or blow-dry on a low-heat setting with a heat protector.
Dye Your Hair Easily
Our hair extensions can take colour really well. You can colour your hair with the extensions attached. It's fine to dye your roots, or running a full semi-permanent colour. But please be do not to bleach your hair. Bleaching hair will shorten the life of hair extensions.
Styling Recommendations
Style your topper as desired using heat tools under 160°C/320°F. Always apply a heat protectant before using curling irons, straighteners, or blow dryers. While virgin hair toppers can be dyed or toned, avoid bleaching, as this may compromise the hair’s longevity.

- Avoid using alcohol-based or harsh products that can dry out the hair.
- Refrain from applying conditioner near the base to maintain its adhesive or structural integrity.
- Store your topper on a wig stand or in a box when not in use to maintain its shape.
